By using this website or the AISYSLABS client portal, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or portal.

AISYSLABS provides custom software design, development, and automation services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written contract/proposal agreed with the client — these general terms don't override that agreement.

Portal access is granted only to clients we've onboarded, via one-time-password verification to your registered phone number. You're responsible for keeping access to that phone number secure — treat an OTP the way you'd treat a bank OTP: never share it.

Invoices are payable by the due date shown. Payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments. Work tied to an unpaid invoice may be paused until payment clears.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. AISYSLABS retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Referral rewards, if any, are at AISYSLABS's discretion and are confirmed to the referring client individually — submitting a referral does not guarantee a reward.

AISYSLABS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, portal, or delivered systems, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where AISYSLABS is registered.
