AISYSLABS ("we", "us", "our") builds AI-powered software systems and websites for businesses. This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website and client portal, why, and how we protect it.

From website visitors: name, email, phone number, and project details you submit through our contact form.

From clients using the portal: your name, phone number (used for OTP login), email, company name, project details, contracts, invoices, and payment records.

Automatically: basic usage data (pages visited, device/browser type) via standard web analytics — no invasive tracking or third-party ad pixels.

To deliver the services you've engaged us for, including: responding to inquiries, managing your project, issuing invoices and processing payments, sending project updates, and operating the referral programme.

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, a licensed payment aggregator. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers — Cashfree handles and secures that data directly under its own PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers necessary to run our systems — Firebase (Google Cloud) for hosting and authentication, Cashfree for payments, and Render for backend hosting — each bound by their own data protection obligations.

We retain client and financial records as long as needed to provide services and meet legal/tax obligations. Access to portal data is restricted by authentication and per-client access rules — no client can see another client's data.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us below, subject to records we're legally required to retain (e.g. invoices, for tax purposes).
