Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Joining the AISYSLABS Affiliate Program requires submitting an application, which AISYSLABS reviews and may approve or decline at its sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.

The commission percentage payable to an affiliate is determined solely by AISYSLABS and communicated to the affiliate upon approval. AISYSLABS reserves the right to set, revise, or vary this percentage at its discretion, including on a per-affiliate or per-referral basis.

Commission is payable only on the PRINCIPAL project payment actually received from a client referred by the affiliate (the advance and/or final project payment). Maintenance fees, support fees, subscription charges, add-on work, or any other payment collected from that client is entirely independent of this program and does NOT qualify for commission.

Commission is credited only once AISYSLABS has manually reviewed and finalized it for a specific completed project — not automatically upon quoting, invoicing, or any unpaid or pending amount. If a payment is later refunded or reversed, any commission tied to it may be voided.

Commission payouts are processed manually by AISYSLABS at its discretion and are not tied to a fixed schedule. Payment method and timing will be communicated directly to the affiliate.

Affiliates may not misrepresent AISYSLABS, make promises on its behalf, or use spam or misleading tactics to generate referrals. AISYSLABS may suspend or terminate an affiliate's participation, including forfeiting any unpaid pending commission, for violation of these terms.

AISYSLABS may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

By submitting the affiliate application form, the applicant confirms they have read and agree to these terms.
